The lounge / dining room is furnished in modern style with blue leather settees,
television with satellite with a good selection of English, Spanish, French
and German channels, video and DVD players. The patio doors lead to the
terrace with patio furniture, a parasol and spectacular views.
The kitchen is equipped with everything for
the holidaymaker, including hob, oven, microwave, fridge, freezer and
toaster. The master bedroom has a king-sized bed, fitted wardrobes and
bedside cabinets. The second bedroom has two single beds, fitted wardrobes,
a drawer unit and an option for a third bed. The full bathroom has a bath
with integral shower.
Vistamar 3 has a dishwasher, washing
machine, free standing fans, hairdryer, sun loungers and oil filled
radiators for the winter.
Pueblo Panorama offers everything you could
want for your perfect holiday, including an excellent restaurant, bars, an
international supermarket and a bank. There is also a very private beach
with a bar and car parking. With one of the most spectacular sea views on
the Costa Blanca, this community has a fantastic two-tier cascaded swimming
pool, exclusively for the resident's use.
Lying at the heart of the Costa Blanca,
this is an outstanding location, being completely surrounded by nationally
protected areas and the Mediterranean. The area is outstanding for its
wonderful sea and mountain views, and yet is only 4 km from
Moraira. There is a riding school and equestrian
centre and several golf courses nearby. A spectacular
National Park Reserve surrounds the urbanisation, which is much appreciated
by walkers and climbers.
Due to the steepness of the area it is
unsuitable for the disabled and a car is essential. There are a few steps
down to this property, and quite a few to the pool.
