A large air-conditioned apartment on a small and friendly complex just south of Javea's Arenal beach. A few minutes walk to the beach, restaurants and bars, and yet situated in a quiet and beautiful area. The large ground floor lounge/dining room has 2 large sofas, dining table seating 6, video and full size satellite television and a selection of videotapes. This leads to a private terrace and patio, with table, chairs and sun bed. The fully equipped kitchen leads to an open area at the rear. The three main bedrooms are on the first floor.

The master bedroom has a double bed and full en-suite bathroom, and has views to the south and west. The second bedroom is twin bedded, and the third has a single bed. All have fitted wardrobes and there is a separate shower and toilet. The top floor is a large, open plan room with three single beds, two of which can be joined to form a double bed, double wardrobe, separate drawer unit and television. The large furnished terrace has lovely views, and there is a small terrace to the rear.

The adult swimming pool has a small children's pool below plus a seating area. Other facilities include male and female saunas, squash court and a gymnasium (note we cannot guarantee availability of the gymnasium).

The Arenal - a beautiful sandy Blue Flag beach - is a few minutes walk, offering safe bathing along its entire half-mile length, making it ideal for families. There are many excellent restaurants, bars and shops on the promenade alongside the beach. The Port, 1 km away, is well worth a visit, as is the historic old town of Javea which is less 2.5 km away. There is a good supermarket literally a few minutes away, and several golf courses within a 25-minute radius.
