Villa for rent,
just a few minutes away from the town, with a swimming pool, sunbathing
areas, barbecue and eating terraces. Villa Bacchanalia has five bedrooms,
three bathrooms, two kitchens, a sitting room, dining room and one sitting
dining/room. The villa is centrally heated and has the benefit of a wood
burner for those cooler winter evenings. Electric fans are provided for the
summer.
The villa has a 8 by 4 metre swimming pool and well established terraced gardens with lemon,
orange and palm trees. There is a beautiful poinsettia tree and various
other plants. A lovely fountain completes the sense of tranquillity. A BBQ
is provided, plus sun loungers and shades, patio furniture and an outdoor
shower. There is plenty of parking and a car port.
There is a supermarket is about 5 minutes walk and the beach is just 10 minutes. There
are several other excellent supermarkets and many shops, bars and
restaurants in Moraira, just a few minutes away. The town has a lively
atmosphere, with nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good
choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port is also well
worth a visit, and several excellent golf courses are just a short drive
away. Tennis courts and bar are just round the corner.

Payment terms
25% of the rental amount at the time of booking.
Balance to be paid 8 weeks prior to the commencement of the rental period, plus a returnable surety deposit of £150 on any apartment or £200 on the complete villa.
