This luxury villa for rent on Cumbre del
Sol, Costa Blanca, was personally designed by the owners to maximise the
magnificent views. Great care and attention has been paid to every detail of
this luxury home including heated pool, south and west facing terraces,
air-conditioning and new, superior quality furnishings throughout.
Completed in 2005, Casa Windlenook is amongst the most prestigious locations
to stay in absolute comfort and style.
The open plan lounge and dining area has
breath-taking sea and mountain views, and includes air-conditioning, remote
control ceiling fans, designer sofas with headrests and co-ordinated dining
suite for 6 people. The Sony LCD flat screen TV and Home Theatre system with
DVD incorporates Sky Satellite with full Sports Package. For wintertime, the
fireplace with its built-in contemporary gas fire provides an extra cosy
touch. Broadband internet access available.
The kitchen has all modern equipment including dishwasher,
fridge/freezer and all necessary gadgets, utensils and tableware. A separate
utility room is equipped with washing machine, tumble drier, iron and
ironing board, and safe.
All three bedrooms have quality Slumberland deluxe divan beds with
extra cosy mattress toppers and the very best Egyptian cotton linens.
Air-conditioning, heating and ceiling fans plus plenty of wardrobe space add
to your comfort. The spacious SuperKing-size master bedroom has a luxury
bathroom with double vanity units and feature glass-walled walk-in shower,
plus patio doors to the upper terrace. The other bedrooms have patio doors
to the lower terrace and share a second shower room.
The upper and lower terraces
include a 4m x 4m covered naya and make the most of the south and west
aspects for year-round warmth and enjoyment of the fabulous sunsets over the
mountains. The lower terrace surrounds the private heated swimming-pool with
roman steps and poolside shower. Sun loungers, reclining chairs, dining
furniture and an Outback Gas BBQ make outdoor living and al-fresco dining a
real pleasure.
An extraordinary hillside location with a
private beach within 5 minutes drive. Magnificent views include Ibiza,
Calpe’s famous Penon de Ifach and the Montgo and Sierra de Bernia mountains.
There are shops, restaurant, pharmacy, bank and bars within easy reach –
some within walking distance. Car hire is essential. Close to the
traditional Spanish towns of Moraira, Denia and Javea each with superb sandy beaches, there are also
4 golf courses within 30 minutes.
