linked to the satellite receiver, a DVD player and CD. Patio doors lead to
the upper terrace and covered naya with wonderful views. The large well
equipped kitchen is complete with full oven, hob, extractor fan, dishwasher,
microwave, fridge freezer and ample crockery. There is also a utility room
with washing machine and tumble drier with ironing facilities.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed and
spacious en-suite. French doors lead to the upper terrace with fantastic

on the lower level.

kidney shaped pool with by ample terraces for BBQ's and sunbathing. The pool

enormous selection in nearby Denia and Javea, and
it's just a 10 minute drive to the beaches of both towns. Local activities
include waterskiing, jet skiing and there are several excellent
