There is also an additional fridge, ideal for larger groups.

The enormous 15 x 6 metre private swimming pool is believed to be the largest pool in the Balcon al Mar area. Both the pool and the sunbathing terraces are surrounded by established typical Mediterranean-style gardens, and there is off-road parking.

There are restaurants, bars, a supermarket, pharmacy and sports facilities including tennis less than 1 Km from the property. A short drive takes you to the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.
