Villa Yoise is a traditional, recently renovated 3 bedroom villa in the peaceful Costa Nova district of Javea. Overlooking pinewoods, the villa is located in a tranquil environment which begs leisurely evening walks, with restaurants and shop, just a short walk away. It is however, conveniently close to Javea, with the Port, Old Town and the popular Arenal beach, with numerous bars and restaurants, just 5 minutes away by car. Built on one level overlooking a large 900m2 garden with a much larger than average private pool, the villa provides an ideal base for a relaxing holiday.

The villa comprises 3 bedrooms, two double and one twin. The master bedroom has an en-suite comprising shower, toilet and basin. A master bathroom with a bath, separate shower, toilet and basin serves the other bedrooms. The master bedroom is equipped with an over head fan with pedestal fans in the others. All the windows have fitted mosquito screens guaranteeing a peaceful nights sleep.

The separate modern equipped kitchen has an electric oven and hob, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine, coffee maker, kettle etc and all the cooking utensils, cutlery and glassware you might need.

The large living room, which overlooks the garden and huge floodlit pool, is air conditioned and consists of a dining suite for six, full Sky digital satellite and terrestrial TV channels, DVD, CD player and four spacious sofas on which to relax. All windows are double glazed and fitted with mosquito screens. Meals can be enjoyed alfresco, taking advantage of the inbuilt BBQ, shaded area with a large teak table and chairs, and the flood lit pool to provide an atmospheric if not tempting backdrop.

The sunbeds on the patio area next to the spectacularly large floodlit pool allow relaxed lounging or extensive water sports. The stunning, larger than average garden is lush and green (due to the irrigation system), and has orange and lemon trees, palms and Mediterranean plants giving all year round colour, with a large lawn and terrace. Your very own Mediterranean paradise! It is ideal for children, being totally fenced in and private. For those very hot summer days, there is a shaded area with large teak table and 6 chairs, making a comfortable eating area, next to which is a built in BBQ for your convenience.

A 5 minute drive takes you to the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.
