The lounge is equipped with television, DVD and a hi-fi system, and has a fireplace, and seats up to 6 people in comfort. The dining area also seats 6 people, and the fully fitted modern kitchen is equipped with a fridge, freezer, microwave and a washing machine.

The south facing sun terrace and Naya has sunbeds and a seating area. The private swimming pool is surrounded by large gardens which are completely fenced in, making this villa ideal for families with children. The drive will accommodate two cars.

The property is just 5 minutes drive from the Arenal beach, offering sand and sea, an extraordinarily bustling and lively atmosphere, nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port and historic old town of Javea are also well worth a visit, and two excellent golf courses are just a short drive away.
