a quiet residential area with views of gardens of nearby private villas.

situated in a typically Spanish square, so why not enjoy breakfast or an
afternoon drink in one of the local bars. With resident's parking adjacent
to "La Casona" simply park your car and forget it! There is local transport
less than 2 minutes walk away and taxis are reasonably priced, plus we can
arrange an airport collection service so many of our guests don't even hire
a car. All the facilities you need to make your holiday a success are on
your doorstep.
The accommodation comprises a lounge / dining room with
two settees, a dining table and chairs, television and DVD player, kitchen
and utility room, family bathroom with shower, a double bedroom and a twin
bedroom - both with ample wardrobe and shelf space.
The bright and airy lounge opens via sliding doors to a
balcony with table and chairs, overlooking the nearby villas. The spacious,
self-contained kitchen and utility room is complete with fridge freezer,
microwave, 4 burner hob, worktop oven, kettle, toaster and coffee maker. The
separate utility room houses a washing machine and drying area.
The beautiful seafront, harbour, castle and blue flag beaches are all less than 5 minutes walk through the
quaint seaside village offering a wealth of restaurants, beachfront bars,
tapas bars and bodegas. Moraira has a lively atmosphere, with nightlife
for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of shops to suit all
budgets. The attractive port is also well worth a visit, and several excellent
golf courses are just a short drive away.
