The casa is an idyllic location with panoramic views over the valley which are abundant with almond and olive trees, and a vibrant carpet of orange and lemon plantations towards the Sierra Bernie mountain range.

Set in large private detached grounds of over 18,000 square metres, in the very midst of one of the valley, Casa Carlos is in a quiet location close to the heart of the popular destinations of Moraira, Calpe, Altea and Jalon on Spain’s Glorious Costa Blanca.

The Casa is a traditional Spanish finca that has been fully restored and modernised to offer every comfort for that perfect family vacation, yet the owners have retained all of the charm that bygone Iberian home, with an eye to detail and no expense spared.

This house boasts many luxurious amenities. To the rear, the large private and enclosed gardens include a huge fresh water 15 x 7 metre private swimming pool, with integral children’s pool, diving board and pool slide. The pool is floodlit for those romantic Iberian nights under the stars, and includes an outdoor shower and BBQ areas, a private heated massage Jacuzzi spa seating 10, large open terraces to the upper and lower floors, sun beds and seating for up to 24, and many tropical cabanas to escape the heat of the Mediterranean sun.

Large floodlit Italian-style gardens at the front have tropical fauna and private off road parking for up to 12 vehicles.

The accommodation is arranged over two levels. There are 9 bedrooms, which can be arranged to suit your party, with an option of 6 doubles and 3 twins, or 8 doubles and 1 twin. The bedrooms can sleep up to 18 people very comfortably or up to 24 with the option of adding further beds to the very large bedrooms. All the bedrooms are fully air conditioned and have full size wardrobes, and 8 have private en suite bathrooms.

If only 8 bedrooms are required, the ninth bedroom becomes a fully equipped games room, with full size pool table and a large array of further games.

The house also has a full kitchen with all amenities, including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fresh fruit juicer and a large fridge freezer. The lounge is equipped with a large plasma-screen cinema television with sky satellite coverage, DVD and CD player, and a large open fireplace for those cosy pine log fires in the winter. Also super large comfortable sofas for those relaxing nights after the long sunny days. The lounge has full hot and cold air conditioning.

The house has its own staff who live in the grounds, and who are personally on hand to deal and assist with your holiday stay. They can arrange car hire, personal airport collection, cleaning and baby-sitting services as required. They will also advise on local restaurants and places of interest to visit.

Due to the unique private setting of this house the owner offers many types of activities during your stay, from walking excursions to mountain biking, and quad biking rides through the mountainside.

No expense has been spared in furnishing this casa, from the unique hand cut floor tiles from the Tarragona Mountains, to the hand made and painted crockery, with designer cutlery. The owners want you only to relax and enjoy - and to live, not exist!

Calpe and the surrounding area is filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes. With its cultural status, it offers fine arts in dozens of art galleries, antiques galore and tiny craft shops with hand made goods filling the shelves. Calpe has some of the best beaches with facilities for all, including disabled access to the sea, funfairs for the children, and a vast range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish crafts, For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more, just a few kilometres away. For children the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica theme park are amongst the best in Europe - or why not hop over to Ibiza from the port at Denia.
