This casa has all of the charm of that bygone Spanish home, with an eye to every detail and no expense spared. With the accommodation arranged over two floors with separate kitchens, this house is ideal for two families taking holidays together.

The house offers many luxurious amenities. To the rear are large private and enclosed gardens, with orange and lemon trees, palm trees to shade you during the day and a large private floodlit pool.

The accommodation offers a total of 6 bedrooms sleeping up to 14, perfect for two large families. The house has 2 kitchens, 2 lounges, 2 complete bathrooms, and 2 en-suite shower rooms. Both floors have large open terraces.

The upper floor includes a self-contained 2 bedroom unit, with one king-size room with four poster bed, and one room with twin beds, both with hot and cold air-conditioning and ceiling fans, sharing a full bathroom. There is a separate kitchen with all amenities, including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and fresh fruit juicer and a large fridge freezer. The lounge is equipped with a large screen television, with UK satellite coverage, DVD and CD player, large log-burning stove, and super large comfortable sofas for those relaxing nights after the long sunny days. The lounge has full hot and cold air conditioning and ceiling fan.

The upper level has a large terrace leading from the kitchen, which can be fully covered by sun blinds for total privacy. The terrace has a large table seating 6, an outdoor terrace heater and steps leading down to the lower ground level.

The ground floor has another two bed roomed separate unit, with full bathroom, large king-size room with 2 double beds, and smaller bedroom with bunk bed. This unit has a separate kitchen and diner, lounge, with UK satellite TV, a DVD player, ceiling fans in both rooms, and air conditioning in the bedrooms. This unit is also equipped to the same high standard as the upper floors, with all kitchen amenities, and fine furnishings. The house also has irons, ironing boards and washing machine.

To the side of the house on the ground floor are two further bedrooms, both en suite - one with a double sized bed, and one with twin beds. These rooms have also been decorated and equipped to the highest standards, and both have hot and cold air-conditioning.

By the pool is an outdoor shower and BBQ areas, and there are sun beds and seating for up to 14, and many sun blinds and canopies to escape the heat of the Mediterranean sun. At the front of the house are large floodlit Italian-style gardens with tropical fauna, and private off road parking for up to 3 vehicles.

No expense has been spared in the fitting of this casa, from the unique hand cut floor tiles from the Tarragona Mountains, to the hand made and painted crockery, with designer cutlery. The owners want you only to relax and enjoy, and to live, not exist!

Calpe and the surrounding area is filled with wonders for all age ranges and tastes. With its cultural status, it offers fine arts in dozens of art galleries, antiques galore and tiny craft shops with hand made goods filling the shelves. Calpe has some of the best beaches with facilities for all, including disabled access to the sea, funfairs for the children, and a vast range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish crafts, For the sporty there is cycling, walking, scuba diving, tennis, golf and much more, just a few kilometres away. For children the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica theme park are amongst the best in Europe - or why not hop over to Ibiza from the port at Denia.
