Our prices includes the use of the hotel's facilities, (some are payable)
which are usually reserved for their guests. These include large indoor and
outdoor pools, sauna, steam rooms, Jacuzzis, tennis, golf, squash and much
more. And the hotel has a fantastic beauty centre, offering everything from
mud wraps, to manicures, facials and pedicures.
The villa has been decorated and equipped to an extremely
high standard. Accommodation is arranged over two levels and comprises a
fully equipped kitchen, dining area seating 8, a comfortable lounge with an
open log burning fire and sea views, and a conservatory with a day bed
offering spectacular views aver the sea and Altea.
On the ground floor is the master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and king
size bed, safe, trouser press and air conditioning. On the upper floor
upstairs there are two further bedrooms sharing a bathroom - one bedroom has
a king sized bed and the other has twin beds.
There is a further self-contained bedroom with 3 beds -
one single and one bunk bed unit. This room has an en suite shower
room and is separate from the main house, being just two steps away. It is
perfect for those party all-nighters, coming home at dawn without disturbing
the main household!
The conservatory leads down to a large terraced area with
a private swimming pool, Jacuzzi hot tub and sun loungers for 8 people. The
pool has the option of a full-covering sun canopy to protect children from
sunburn. This area is totally private and not overlooked, and has stunning
views over the bay. There is also the very best hydro massage spa which can
be heated at your touch, and is excellent for those suffering from joint
pain or who lead a stressful lifestyle.
The lounge is equipped with UK satellite TV, DVD player
and a selection of DVDs. The kitchen has an iron and ironing board, toaster,
coffee machine, kettle and juicer, as well as the usual appliances. Adjacent
to the kitchen is a further terraced area with sun blinds, BBQ and outside
dining table and chairs.
A further terrace on the first floor is furnished with a
table and chairs, and has spectacular views over the bay of Altea and the
Mediterranean sea.
A welcome pack is provided for guest upon arrival, and
includes the basics to give you a start on your holiday, such as tea,
coffee, milk, bread, wine, water, beer, margarine, marmalade, fruit juices,
biscuits, cakes and croissants.
The Valencia region is lush and abundant with olive,
lemon, orange groves. The resort is about 20 minutes from the night life of
Benidorm, the huge water park of Aqualandia, and Terra Mitica theme park
offering rides from around the world!
The area has long been recognised as a cultural and
artistic centre - the town and surrounding areas are filled with wonders for
all age ranges and tastes. The town, with its cultural status, offers fine
arts in dozens of art galleries, with antiques galore and tiny craft shops
with hand made goods filling the shelves.
For sporting enthusiasts, there is cycling, walking, scuba
diving, tennis, golf and much more, all nearby. Whatever you want from a
holiday, this area has it all. And nearby Calpe and Moraira each have their
own unique character - Calpe has some of the best beaches with facilities,
including disabled access to the sea, funfairs for the children, and a great
range of shopping arcades filled with the best of Spanish crafts. Moraira is
one of the most beautiful towns virtually untouched by tourism due to its
unique coastal position.
