quiet area close to Moraira's town centre, on Spain's Costa Blanca.
The blue flag beaches, the shops and restaurants of Moraira
are only 5 minutes drive away from the villa, and the closest bar,
restaurant and shop is just 2 minutes walk.
Casa Paradiso is a traditional Spanish finca that has been
fully restored and modernised, and has many luxurious amenities. The house
is totally enclosed, making it safe for children.
To the rear are large private and enclosed gardens, with a
vast array of palm trees, a large private floodlit pool and gardens for
those romantic Spanish nights under the stars!

The accommodation is set over two levels of the finca. There
are a total of 7 bedrooms so the house can sleep 13 people, or two large
families. The house has 2 lounges and 2 bath / shower rooms.
In the upper level is a fully self-contained super large 3
bedroom unit, with one large room with double bed, and full hot and cold air
conditioning, a large walk in wardrobe, a single bedroom and a further
single bedroom that will convert to a double if needed, again with full air
conditioning. There is a full bathroom, a kitchen with all amenities
including oven, hob, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, kettle and a large
fridge-freezer.
The large open plan lounge includes a large screen television
with English satellite television, DVD / CD player with surround sound, and
super large comfortable sofas for those relaxing nights after the long sunny
days. The lounge has full hot and cold air conditioning. This level has a
large terrace opening from the lounge, which can be fully covered by sun
blinds to escape the afternoon sun.
To the side of the house is a further terrace with a large
table seating 4 people, a Caribbean-style cabana with outdoor bar, full size
pool, and soccer table.
The lower level is a very large four bedroom separate unit
with a bathroom, two large rooms with double beds, a room with bunk bed unit
and a bedroom with twin single beds. This unit has a separate lounge with
English satellite television and a DVD player. This unit is also equipped to
the same high standard as the upper floors, with all kitchen amenities, fine
furnishings and air conditioning in all rooms. Outside, on this level, is a
further large table seating 14 people, set beside the crystal clear pool.
The house also has irons and boards, washing machine.

The large private pool is accompanied by an outdoor shower
and a BBQ area, a palm tree covered private outdoor heated massage Jacuzzi
spa, large open terraces, sun beds and seating for up to 10, and many sun
blinds and canopies. There is also a large, equipped wood-chipped children’s
play area. At the front are large, floodlit Italian-style gardens with
tropical fauna, and private off road parking for up to 3 vehicles.
The owner has occasional use of the upper level of this
villa from time to time, but you will have private use of all facilities
during your stay and will not be disturbed in any way.
Moraira lies in a bay in the beautiful mountainous area of
the Costa Blanca, on the South Eastern coast of Spain. Set between the
larger resorts of Javea and Calpe, the surrounding area has a quiet and
relaxing atmosphere, with beautiful and unspoilt scenery and many small
villages to explore. There are also some larger resorts nearby that are well
worth visiting and are easily reached by car, including Javea, Calpe, Denia
and Altea - all within 15km. Benidorm is only 30km away.
Moraira enjoys a typical subtropical Mediterranean
climate, with cool sea breezes in summer and protection by surrounding
mountains against the cold north winds in winter. The area averages nearly
3,000 hours of sunshine each year and the average temperature easily exceeds
20 degrees. In 1986 the World Health Organisation recommended the climate of
the area as one of the most equitable in the world - neither too hot in the
summer nor too cold in the winter. On average it can boast 325 sunny days
each year making it an ideal all year round destination.
