The 2 bedroom house is arranged on one level making it perfect for older guests or those who find stairs a problem. This house has 2 large bedrooms, 1 with double bed and 1 with twin beds. All rooms are fully equipped, decorated and furnished to the highest standards, and all have wardrobe and storage facilities, and personal safe.

The owners have left you wanting for nothing and have provided the very best in linen and towels. This villa shares one large main bathroom with bath and shower.

In the lounge is a bed settee accommodating a 2 more people. Also in the lounge is a colour television equipped with English satellite television, a DVD / CD player with a selection of DVDs, a Playstation console, a large log-burning fireplace, seating for 6 people and a dining area with table and chairs.

The 3 bedroom house has a double bedroom, a twin room, and a large bedroom with 2 sets of bunk beds, ideal for children. This house has two bathrooms. In the lounge is a further TV and DVD system, large comfortable sofas, ceiling fans and air conditioning. Leading off the lounge is a further fully-equipped kitchen.

Behind this house is a large open terrace with a summer kitchen, including a large built-in BBQ, with tables and chairs seating 14 or more people for those perfect summer nights dining outside.

Both houses have fridge freezers, washing machines, iron and boards, toasters, microwaves, kettles and juicers. Free wireless broadband internet is available for use in either villa. The nearest bar and restaurant is 3 minutes walk, the nearest supermarket only 5 minutes walk so no car is needed.

For children the attractions of Mundomar sea world, Aqualandia Water Park and Terra Mitica theme park are amongst the best in Europe - or why not hop over to Ibiza from the port at Denia.
