This beautiful spacious villa, set at the end of a pleasant cul-de-sac, is fully furnished to a high standard throughout, and has fantastic views across the valley and to the sea. The villa has a spacious central hall, 4 good sized bedrooms (2 doubles and 2 twin) plus a further single bedroom, 3 bathrooms (2 ensuite) and a separate w/c.

The large, bright and well furnished lounge, has an open fireplace and a separate dining area. The lounge leads to the covered naya (patio) with table and chairs and BBQ overlooking the pool and valley. A further terrace with a sea view is also accessed from the lounge. Leading from the lounge is the modern, fully-fitted American kitchen with fridge/freezer, oven, microwave, dishwasher etc.

There is air-conditioning in bedrooms 1 and 2 and ceiling fans throughout the rest of the villa. There is also central heating for those cooler months.

The large secluded sun terrace with loungers and umbrellas surrounds the 8 x 4 metre swimming pool with curved entry steps at the shallow end and underwater lighting. The terrace also has an outside shower and covered naya with another table and chairs.

The gardens are stocked with an attractive variety of plants and has a range of seating areas providing either sun or shade, and is maintained on a regular basis. There is a built-in BBQ, 2 terraces with tables and chairs on each, a separate stone courtyard table, and wicker chairs and sofa overlooking the garden. This villa has plenty of space to either join in or have an area to yourself!

There are two main local gently-shelving sandy beaches, both awarded the prestigious EEC Blue Flags for cleanliness. They are well tended, safe for family bathing and are lifeguard patrolled. The villa is just a 10 minute walk from one beach and a 5 minute drive from the other.

A small coastal town, Moraira is in a beautiful mountainous area of the Costa Blanca, and has a good selection of banks, shops, supermarkets. Moraira enjoys a fine reputation for it's dining out, with around 80 restaurants spread throughout the town, offering a wide variety of menus and prices covering local and international cuisine.

For the sporting enthusiast there is a variety of activities within and close to the town, such as golf courses, tennis courts, diving schools, various water-sports, go-karting, horse riding, a gymnasium and squash courts.

The traditional weekly market opens every Friday morning, selling fresh vegetables and fruits, clothing, textiles, plants, bags, shoes, crafts, jewellery, toys and many more things.

For the family there is the Aqualandia Water Theme Park, Mundomar Animal Water Park and Terra Mitica, one of Europe's largest theme parks, all within a 30 minute drive.
