bedrooms are downstairs with large wardrobes and views of Moraira.

ring hob (3 gas and 1 electric), fridge freezer, microwave, toaster, kettle,
plenty of casserole dishes and pans. The washing machine is in the basement.

has been newly refurbished and although shared by 19 villas it is never very
busy even a peak times.

The property is just 8 minutes from the town of Moraira
with its family beach, marina and restaurants. This is a truly lovely town
ideal for all the family. Calpe and Javea are only 20 minutes away and
