Casa
Sofia is a large privately owned villa in the area of El
Alcazar, Moraira. The villa is ideal for family holidays as the
accommodation is bright and spacious.
About 3 km from the beach, town centre and main shopping
area, Casa Sofia is set on a large corner plot with views across to the sea,
mountains and vineyards.
The villa is south/south-west facing and comprises 3
bedrooms (all with air conditioning), bathroom, shower room and a large living area with sitting dining
room. There is a good sized, fully equipped kitchen, private pool in its own
grounds, a sunbathing terrace, garage and car parking.
The villa has an entrance porch leading to the hallway. The
large sitting/dining room has a wood burning fire, satellite television, DVD
etc. The sitting room opens to the barbecue and
eating terrace with stunning views of the valley vineyards and across to the sea.
The brand new separate kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker,
microwave, kettle toaster etc, and leads to terrace. A washing machine and
tumble drier is provided.
Casa Sofia has three large bedrooms, all tastefully
furnished and all with air-conditioning. A bathroom and shower room both having a toilet and washbasin.
The master bedroom is on same level as the living area. Downstairs, the
second bedroom can be furnished with either a super king bed or two twins
beds, whichever is preferred, and so is ideal for another couple. The third
bedroom sleeps three in single beds. It is possible to sleep another person
on a sofa bed or a baby in a cot.
Stairs leads down to the private swimming pool, terrace,
garden and outside shower. Sunloungers, etc are provided.
There is a single garage plus parking for two cars off
road and also adjacent to the villa.
