The good sized, fully equipped modern kitchen is all brand new and fitted with up to date equipment. The beautiful naya (conservatory) has a bed settee and overlooks the private heated swimming pool in its own grounds. There are also two sunbathing terraces, two garages and car parking.

The master bedroom suite has a double bed and there are two further twin bedrooms. All bedrooms have magnificent fitted wardrobes, bedside table and lights, and all are furnished in creams. All have lovely views and overlook the pool. There is a large family bathroom.

The indoor, centrally-heated naya (similar to a conservatory) with sliding doors has a television, bed settee and cane easy chairs - ideal for winter and summer. The terrace has automatic awnings and a permanent child gate so children cannot access the pool unless you want them to.

The villa is centrally heated and double glazed, and has two garages and car parking. There are a few steps up to the villa and down to the pool but the villa is laid out on one level so is suitable for mobile elderly guests. There are no disabled facilities.
