Villa Campoverde has 2 double and 2 twin bedrooms with 3 bathrooms,
a lounge / dining room and a modern fitted kitchen. The lounge / dining
room is furnished with two comfortable proper settees and a dining table
and chairs. This room is double glazed with beautiful curtains.
The entertainment systems include UK satellite television with most UK
channels, CD player and radio, and it is equipped with fans for the
summer and mobile heaters / coolers.
The main bedroom with en-suite bathroom is on the upper floor,
and has a double bed with fitted wardrobes and drawers, bedside cabinets,
ceiling fans and air conditioning. The second double bedroom is fitted
with a king-sized bed, and there are two further twin rooms. Both twin-bedded
rooms have fitted wardrobes and drawers. These three bedrooms are on the lower
floor and out of the sun, so keep cool and quiet, so you sleep well!
The modern well equipped kitchen includes a toaster, kettle, oven, hob,
microwave, fridge/freezer, etc, plus cutlery, glasses, crockery and kitchen
tools. There is a separate laundry room with a washing
machine and line on top sun deck.
The upper floor has a solarium with sea and attractive countryside and
mountain views. The property has a private swimming pool, poolside shower
and sun-lounging area with a BBQ. The grounds have plenty of places to sit
and relax, there are tables and chairs for al fresco dining,
plus sun loungers and deck chairs.
The villa is situated just 5 minutes drive inland from Pilar De
La Horadada which is conveniently near to the A37 and N332 coastal roads.
Pilar De La Horadada is at the southern end of the Costa Blanca and enjoys
an average of 320 days of sunshine - one of the best all year round climates in Spain.
There are 3 golf courses within a 10 minute drive of the property.
Mar Menor has Blue Flag Beaches with plenty of water-sports, sporting
and leisure events. Nearby Campoverde has a good selection of restaurants,
shops, a bank, a large pool, tennis courts and the Natural Park. The region
is ideal for walking - you can walk the coast along miles of paths,
and the beautiful interior is famous for its wooded hills,
stunning scenery and fascinating ancient Spanish towns.
