Villa Los Gallos is ideally suited for couples or a family with teenagers as
it's layout gives the privacy of two separate apartments for sleeping.
A large, private gated driveway leads to the grounds of the villa.
The well-tended gardens with palm trees, citrus
trees and flowering shrubs, offer good privacy yet at the same time superb
open views of the surrounding countryside and down to the town and sea.
The driveway leads to the upstairs entrance of the villa, and
also via a gently sloping pathway down to the swimming pool terrace and the
entrance to the downstairs apartment. The pool terrace area includes ample
garden furniture and sun-loungers, and there are two further terraces and a
barbecue area, ideal for daytime lunches or for evening al-fresco dining.
The villa is entered via a small sun-lounge with seating
which leads to the main lounge with comfortable sofas and chairs, a log
burning fire, satellite TV including Sky Sports, Sky Movies and all the
terrestrial UK channels, a DVD player and music system. An archway leads to
the dining area with space for six to dine in comfort. The lounge leads into
a high quality newly-fitted kitchen, well equipped with an oven and hob,
dishwasher, fridge freezer and a microwave oven. The hall leads to two
air-conditioned double bedrooms and a shower room. The bedrooms have
built-in wardrobes and a high standard of bedroom furniture. The shower room
is newly refurbished with a walk in shower and good quality facilities.
The entrance to the downstairs apartment is accessed from
the pool terrace, and leads into a room with fitted wardrobes, a double bed and a sofa
bed. There is also a large air-conditioned bedroom with twin beds, with an
en suite shower room, and a utility room with a washing machine.
The pool which has roman steps at one end, is fully
floodlit and wonderful for swimming late into the evening. Also in the
evenings you will have the lovely view from the terraces of the lights
shining from other villas situated all over Moraira and the lights glowing
down in the town and beach area.
The villa stands on a large secure private plot with a
paved drive gently sloping down to the lower level of the villa and pool
terrace, and so is suitable for wheelchair access. There are two further
terraces all with good quality garden furniture.
Moraira, considered to be the "Jewel in the Crown" of the
Costa Blanca but once a small fishing village, is now a sophisticated
resort. There are elegant shops and numerous restaurants to suit all tastes.
There are no high rise hotels or apartment blocks, the area remains
exclusively for villa owners and those who prefer the independent holiday.
There are 3 beaches, the L'Ampolla beach is a lovely sandy
beach with a play area for children, El Portet ,which is set in a beautiful
bay and ideal for children with its shallow waters and Andrago beach, just a
short stroll from the town.
Walk around the lovely harbour and visit the fish market
selling freshly caught fish of the day, then wander around the town and
choose from the many bars and restaurants for refreshments! Every Friday you
will find the local market on the large car park in the centre of Moraira
which is well worth a visit.
There are many festivals during the year, one of the most
spectacular is the Moors and Christians festival which is held around the
middle of June. This includes beach battles, marching processions through
the town and ends with a fabulous fire work display.

Payment Terms
Price includes towels and linen.
A 25% deposit is required when booking, balance to be paid 8 weeks before the beginning of holiday. A refundable security deposit of £150 is required when balance payment is made.
A cot and high chair is available for hire. Welcome pack of food can be arranged for your arrival at an extra cost.
