Villa Marisol is approached via a long
sweeping drive up to the property where the accommodation is set on one
level. The villa has a large private pool and spacious garden with mature
trees, ideal for the perfect family holiday. The grounds are secure and
private and offers ample off-road parking.
Enjoy the summer evenings at Villa Marisol with its well-lit pool terrace - the pool
looks beautiful with the pool lights illuminated.
Villa Marisol has two double bedrooms, one with ensuite
bathroom, and 1 twin bedroom. There is a light and airy lounge, comfortably
furnished and a dining area with table and six chairs. A television and DVD
player is provided along with a selection of DVDs. The owners have also
provided books and children's board games for use during your stay at the villa.
The fitted kitchen has a hob with a
cooker-hood, microwave, large fridge freezer, kettle and toaster. The fully
equipped tiled bathroom has a bath with shower over, WC and a wash basin
with illuminated mirror. The second bathroom has a shower cubicle, WC and a wash basin.
Outside, the large naya with table and chairs for al
fresco dining offers a pleasant shaded area. On the terrace near to the
swimming pool you will find a table, chairs, sun-loungers and a BBQ area.

Moraira, once a small fishing village, is now a
sophisticated resort with white sandy beaches, elegant shops and numerous
restaurants to suit all tastes. The area remains exclusively for villa
owners and those who prefer the independent holiday. Enjoy the many fiestas
especially the 'Moors and Christians' festival in June. There is a weekly
market every Friday which is well worth a visit. There is an 18 hole golf
course in Javea, which is approximately a 15 minute drive from the villa, or
a 9 hole course located in the San Jaime area of Moraira.
