This enchanting villa is extremely spacious, sleeps 8 people, and has an attractive triangular shaped swimming pool (8 by 8 by 8 metres).

The villa has breathtaking sea or mountain views from each of the rooms and both covered and open nayas (terraces) for your enjoyment and relaxation, in the shade and in the sun.

Plenty of natural stone walls separate the terraces from each other, so that you can find places to relax at any time of the day and each time of the year. Ideal for sunny breakfasts and cool evening drinks.

The villa is decorated and furnished to the highest standard. The spacious beamed lounge is on the first floor, with its log fire (wonderful for magical Christmas Holidays) and central heating for the winter months, dining area, satellite television, DVD player, DVDs, books and wireless internet facilities for your enjoyment, and a safe for your valuables. There is even a remote control ceiling fan.

The well equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher. Sleeping accommodation includes a double bedroom, twin bedroom and two further bedrooms (one double and one twin) down an inner hall. All the bedrooms have air conditioning and mosquito blinds. The very large luxury bathroom has a corner bath, double pedestal basins and WC, and there is a separate shower room with washbasin and WC.

The paved pool area is completely private being set in the lower terraces of the garden and at night the poolside lighting adds to the magic and beauty of the villa.

The property is an easy 45 minute drive on the A7 motorway from Alicante airport. Casa Magia is about an 8 minute drive from Moraira, with its wonderful marina, beach, many smart shops, supermarkets and charming restaurants, which are open all year round. The popular towns of Javea, Calpe, Denia and Benidorm are all within easy driving distance, and the popular Club de Golf Ifach with its tennis courts, bar/restaurant and wonderful views only a 5 minute drive away (open to non-members).

Whether you are fond of golf, sailing, swimming, fishing, horse riding, scuba diving, jet skiing, tennis, walking, painting, nature reserves, and markets this area has it all.
