bar and 5 minutes from the popular El Anduluz restaurant.
The large patio has a built-in BBQ, and the covered terrace (naya)
is ideal for al fresco dining.
Pintor Rembrandt has three bedrooms, 1 double with an en-suite bathroom and
it's own private terrace and 2 twin-bedded rooms. All bedrooms have fitted
electric radiators and fans are provided for the summer. The property has
two bathrooms, one of which is en-suite to the double bedroom.
The sitting / dining room has an open fire
and and a separate gas fire. Entertainment facilities includes satellite
television and a hi-fi system. The recently refurbished American style
kitchen is well equipped with a cooker, dishwasher, fridge, microwave,
kettle, and toaster.
The villa has a private 8 x 4 metres swimming pool set in the terraced grounds.
There are supermarkets about 5 minutes drive away and several other excellent supermarkets and many shops, bars and
restaurants in Moraira, just a few minutes away. The town has a lively
atmosphere, with nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good
choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port is also well
worth a visit, and several excellent golf courses are just a short drive
away. Tennis courts and bar are just round the corner.
