A luxury villa set on the hill above Moraira, having breathtaking views overlooking the sea, valley, town and vineyards.

The internal floor size of this villa is over 173 square metres, and sleeps 8 people in comfort in four bedrooms. The property also has a second sitting room.

Casa Sol Moraira is ideal for couples or groups alike since the master bedroom and en-suite bathroom are on the same floor as the living area.

The villa has four bedrooms and three bathrooms, two of which are en-suite. The fully-fitted modern kitchen has granite tops, cooker, fridge freezer, combi-microwave, dishwasher, etc. The large sitting room has a fireplace and Sky Satellite television, which includes all the UK terrestrial channels, video, DVD/CD and hi-fi. There is a lovely separate dining room, with a traditional Spanish table and chairs, leading to terrace with patio table and chairs, sunshade and a BBQ.

The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, and opens on to a large terrace. On the second level is two twin bedrooms and the second master bedroom with Super-King sized bed, a walk-in wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom. The third bathroom was new in June 2006.

There is also a large family room which can be used as another sitting room or playroom. This is equipped with a portable TV for computer consoles (please bring your own).

The lower terrace has a Jacuzzi with sun loungers etc. A washing machine is provided.

The complex has a total of 19 villas which share the large pool which is for the sole use of residents and guests. The pool is ideal for bored children to make friends. It is not too busy even in high season. There is also a shower and cloakroom.

There are supermarkets about 10 minutes drive away and several other excellent supermarkets and many shops, bars and restaurants in Moraira, just a few minutes away by car. The town has a lively atmosphere, with nightlife for the young and the not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The attractive port is also well worth a visit, and several excellent golf courses are just a short drive away. Tennis courts and bar are just round the corner.
