This
private and secure villa has an entrance porch, hall way leading
into a good sized sitting room which has a working open fire,
UK Sky television, DVD, hi-fi system, two settees, occasional tables and lamps.
There is a good-sized dining area and doors leading to the outside naya.
The fully fitted kitchen has all conveniences, include a microwave,
fan assisted cooker, 4 ring gas hob, fridge / freezer and a separate large utility room.
The master bedroom has a king sized bed (the photo shows twin beds), good sized
wardrobes and an en-suite master shower-room. The two twin bedrooms are furnished
with bedside tables, lamps and good sized wardrobes. There is separate family bathroom.
The sitting room leads to the naya, which is ideal for eating outside at any
time of the year because the villa gets all day sunshine. Five steps lead down
to the fantastic garden and private 8 x 5 metre swimming pool (which is 8 feet
6inches deep at the deepest end) with roman steps.
There is an outside kitchen with barbecue and patio table and chairs.
There is also a shower and toilet. Gardens with palm trees and lovely plants
surround the property. At the front of the villa there is a large parking area for 3 or 4 cars.
All major supermarkets, beaches and restaurants are within easy reach.
The Arenal beach offers a lively atmosphere and a good choice of bars,
restaurants and shops. The port is well worth a visit, with its many
shops, bars and restaurants and other attractions. The historic old town of
Javea is only a fifteen- minute drive from the house, and there are several
golf courses within a 25 minute radius.
We do not guarantee the furnishings will stay the same as the photos. They
may be changed from time to time due to wear and tear.
