large attractive villa with a large private swimming pool,
situated in the Benimeit area of Moraira.
This villa is ideal for two families or a group of friends, since it
is one villa with two front entrances and two living areas.
The villa has central heating and all the bedrooms have air conditioning.
In addition there is a real fire for the winter evenings.
Casa del Sol has two 2 sitting rooms, two dining room, two kitchens,
two master bedrooms and two twin bedrooms, and three shower / bathrooms.
The two levels are connected via an internal stairway with an entrance hall.
The property also has a naya (conservatory), terraces, gardens and parking for 3 or 4 cars.
The long driveway leads to the upper and
lower front doors. The accommodation on the upper level comprises and
entrance hall with a cloakroom, leading into large, nicely furnished sitting
room with a large dining area. The sitting room has a wood burning stove,
satellite television, DVD player, etc. Double doors lead to the naya
(conservatory) and an outside terrace with barbecue and patio table and chairs.
There is a bar area by fully-fitted kitchen, which has granite worktops,
a dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, etc. The master bedroom
has patio doors leading to the terrace, and has an en-suite bathroom which
is all marble and is furnished twin basins, bath, shower, WC and bidet.
Internal stairs lead to the lower level, which has one double and two twin
bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one en-suite. This level has its own
large sitting room and separate dining room, an American style kitchen with
granite worktops and a door leading to terrace. This level
has a separate entrance from the driveway.
Parking for 3 - 4 cars..
Moraira was originally a fishing village.
It still has fishing boats but is now enjoyed by many Europeans on holiday.
It has kept it's charm and feeling of a village community, set in a valley
running down to the sea. There are no high rise building as the majority of
properties are privately owned villas. There are two beaches - one in the
town and the other one is at El Portet which a short drive from the town
centre. It is also possible to walk to El Portet.
Club Nautica in the heart of the marina is
lovely for a relaxing lunch while watching the boats. There are many good
restaurants and bars - prices vary according to the establishment. There are
Michelin guide rated and Michelin star restaurants in the area, plus a
couple of night clubs and a children's fair. There are many supermarkets,
banks, two internet shops, and good quality gift, clothes and shoe shops.
We do not guarantee the furnishings will stay the same as the photos. They
may be changed from time to time due to wear and tear.

Price includes towels and linen.
25% required to secure booking.
£200 damage deposit required which must be paid at the same time as the balance.
All heating and air conditioning charges are included.
Extra cleaning during your stay can be arranged for an extra charge.
