detached 3 bedroom villa accommodates up to 8 people in 3 bedrooms and the
large garden room which has two extra beds. Villa Sarah has air conditioning
for the summer and central heating for the winter.
Villa Sarah is just 5 minutes from La Marquesa Golf and Country Club,
so is perfect for golfers, as well as families and couples!
The accommodation comprises two double
bedrooms and one twin bedded room. There are two extra beds in the large
garden room which has beautiful views over the salt lakes. There are two
bathrooms and two showers.
The fully equipped kitchen includes an
electric oven with gas hob, microwave, washing machine, fridge and freezer.
The separate utility room has a washing machine and an extra freezer. The
lounge has satellite television with CD and DVD players, and the villa has a
telephone installed. The large private swimming pool is set in a lovely sunbathing terrace and overlooks
mature gardens with fruit trees.
Quesada is about 30 minutes by car from
Alicante airport, and EasyJet flies here everyday so its a great destination
for cheap flights.
Quesada has shops, bars, restaurants,
banks and supermarkets, and all are conveniently close to Villa Sarah. La
Marquesa Golf and Country Club and the Quesada Bowling Green are only five
minutes away. Quesada has its own waterpark (seasonal) picnic areas, car
rental and horse riding facilities and has recently been given its own town
hall. Come and see for yourself, there's more than sun, sea and Sangria at
this resort!
There is a large ex-pat community for
those who want to stick to all things English, including J.Cs Social Club
where you can enjoy karaoke, bingo, keep fit, car boot sales, live
entertainment, big band sounds and much more.
For those who prefer the Spanish way of
life, the picturesque village of Rojales is ten minutes away. Here you can
enjoy the tapas bars and the many fiesta celebrations as well as the
Thursday market. The beautiful beaches of Guadamar are only ten minutes
drive from the villa and the Sunday morning Guadamar market situated just
off the lemon road has an excellent selection of stalls selling everything
from hot food, ceramics and paintings, to jewellery, clothing and more.
The large town of Torrevieja is about 15
/20 minutes away. Torrevieja has a busy marina, a night market and
fairground, good shops, great seafood cafes and bars.

couples and seniors, 5 minutes to golf and bowls. Situated on a 1000 square metre plot with large private pool with roman steps, huge sun terrace and a roof top solarium with panoramic views.
