Initially designed for the Swedish Ambassador to Spain, Villa Panorama was built to the highest standards with absolute privacy, top security and luxury fittings.

Inside the villa, you will find 8 double bedrooms, 5 bathrooms, 2 kitchens, 2 huge lounges, other utility rooms, and over 100m² of terrace and covered patio. All rooms enjoy private air conditioning. There is also a double garage and ample parking space for up to 6 cars.

Villa Panorama is set in the middle of 2105 square metres of gardens. The front garden is the most used, with a 500 square metre lawn two interconnecting ponds, the swimming pool area, a large shaded area, parking space and many plants and trees. The back garden is a rocky garden, the ideal place for unusual exotic plants, setting the scene for a retired peaceful retreat. If you have young children, expect very very lengthy 'Hide & Seek' parties!

The property is set 85m above sea level, and also between 15 and 20m above all neighbouring villas. Hence, there is the ultimate privilege to enjoy superb views whilst not being overlooked at all.

The Accommodation

The main lounge can easily accommodate 16 guests. It has a surface of 60 square metres, and the three huge windows face the Bay of Malaga. On a clear sky in winter, you will see the white summits of the Sierra Nevada. At night, you can enjoy the most wonderful views of Malaga illuminated. You will easily find yourself sitting and relaxing there for hours, only staring at the magnificent views.

The lounge incorporates a dining area seating eight, and the entertainment systems include a 42" plasma screen with Sky TV, a surround sound system (5:1) and radio / CD player.

The main kitchen has been designed for a Chef! If you enjoy cooking, you will find your dream kitchen with all required appliances.  Depending on the season, you may enjoy the luck of cooking local recipes with fruits collected from the garden, such as lemons, oranges, bananas, and various other exotic fruits.

The villa has two master bedroom suites. The first master bedroom has a convenient walk-in wardrobe, leading to the ensuite bathroom. The bed is a super king size and offers direct view onto a personal plasma screen fixed on the opposite wall, and connected to Sky satellite TV. As with most bedrooms, this master bedroom enjoys an easterly orientation, thus receiving morning sunshine, and it has private air conditioning.

The second master bedroom also has an ensuite bathroom, built-in wardrobes, private air conditioning and private heating - and also enjoys the morning sunshine. French windows will tempt you out of bed, directly onto the terrace where you can enjoy your breakfast in the sun. The remaining bedrooms are doubles and twins with private air conditioning and heating.

The 14m x 7m pool is in the front garden, just next to the villa's main entrance. It can be heated, although from May untill October, you will certainly not need it. At night, you can enjoy a very enticing pink and purple in-water pool lighting that will no doubt take you till the midnight bath. Around the pool on the terrace are six long chairs, two parasols, one dining table in teak, and another accompanying six chairs. There is also a standing shower, just by the pool steps.

A 6 seater Jacuzzi with incorporated stereo CD player and lighting is just by the right hand side of the pool for further relaxation and pleasure. A small kitchen and another shower room are just a few meters away, minimizing all moves back to the property while life is so enjoyable down by the pool.

At night, the pool area, the exterior stairs, patios, and garden access are all illuminated so you can enjoy longer nights outside.

The Gardens

Two interconnecting ponds cascade over 5 metres of rocky steps providing the ultimate relaxation experience. By the ponds, you can lay and be transported by the sound of running water, birds and even frogs chanting if you are patient and silent enough. In spring and summer, the pond lilies flourish and the scene becomes full of colours, purple, red, pink and green of course. Red rare fish come to the surface to complete the setting.

The huge garden is littered with exotic and rare plants such as 4 metres high cactus, 5 metres high birds of paradise trees. You will enjoy the most exquisite views and the most delicate fragrances all year round.

The garden is maintained once per week by the property gardener to ensure you will enjoy it at its best, and there is an automatic irrigation system for your comfort and privacy.

Depending on the season, you may have the chance to taste some of the garden's own grown fruits.

Getting There

Access from the airport, amenities and leisure is excellent. Less than 15 minutes from Malaga Airport, 5 minutes to the beach, 5 minutes to the golf course, 5 minutes to shopping and restaurants, and less than 20 minutes into Malaga centre. Marbella is within 30 minutes by the motorway.
