The nearest commercial area is about 10 minutes away, and the villa is ideally located with 2 other similar style villas for large families or groups.
The very spacious living area includes cable TV, 42inch television and DVD player, also and air-conditioning / heating unit. Nicely kitted out separate kitchen with all mod cons inc. microwave, washing machine, etc. The hallway leads to 3 fully furnished bedrooms with fitted wardrobes. The main double bedroom also has air-conditioning / heating unit. One of the other bedrooms has bunk beds which will sleep 3 children.
With a choice of 2 communal swimming pools, extensive lawns and sunbathing
area they are is perfect for relaxation during the hot summer days. Upstairs
solarium has wonderful views of local area. Hiring a car would be useful as
closest commercial areas are 10 to 15 minutes walk away. Very comfortable for

Airport collection is included in the price, and we recommend this as an
easy and stress-free way to start your holiday. On your arrival you will be
met at the airport and taken directly to the villa with no waiting around.
La Marina is a coastal urbanisation about
12 miles south of Alicante airport and 40 miles north of Murcia airport (San
Javier), so check both airports for flights.
The villa is about 10 to 15 minutes walk away from the nearest commercial
area, comprising bars and restaurants, a snooker club, flat
green bowling and supermarkets. There is a bus service and various
coach trips are available. It is not essential to hire a car but you will
find one very useful. La Marina has emergency services and has two fully
maintained clinics. There are plenty of public telephones, and two or three
internet cafes. The street market on Thursdays and Sundays is worth a visit.
La Marina beach, between the towns of Santa
Pola and Guardamar, is about 10 miles long and has a restaurant and beach
bars. This beach is one of the best on the Costa Blanca with its clean, soft
sand and often wins the Blue Ribbon award for cleanliness.
There are plenty of golf courses within 30
minutes drive in most directions. Other activities nearby include Water
Parks, Elche Safari Park and horse riding. A short boat trip away is the
Island of Tabarca where you can spend the day eating, drinking and
snorkelling in the clear crystal waters.
If you enjoy noisy crowds, fun and late
night discos, the resort of Benidorm is less than an hour away by car. It
also has a large theme park, a safari park with a small water park, a large
water park and Benidorm Palace for good international entertainment.
The major cities easily reached by car or
bus are Elche, Torrevieja and Alicante. You will never be short of things to do!
