The fully equipped modern kitchen with breakfast bar and
marble-topped units has an oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, washing machine,
microwave cooker, toaster and coffee maker. Double doors open onto a large
outside covered terrace, overlooking the pool, perfect for dining al fresco.

Moraira, with it's safe sandy beach, lively restaurants,
bars, cafes and Friday market and the beautiful Marina, is just 8 minutes
drive away and the shops at the picturesque village of Benitachell, a short
walking distance. Sporting facilities including golf, tennis and sailing are
available nearby.
To fully appreciate the
surrounding area with it's spectacular scenery, car hire is recommended.
