villa is arranged over 3 floors. The games room with juke-box, dart board,
bar and small pool table, and WC is on the ground floor.
The upper ground floor has double aspect sliding patio doors
wide terraces with electric blinds and overlooking the pool and gardens. On
this floor is a bright well furnished lounge and separate breakfast room
with doors to the terrace.
The inner hall has a tiled and wrought
iron stairway to a superb upper terrace running the full length of the house
with delightful views and sliding glass windows. This floor has a full
family bathroom, a separate shower room and 4 large bedrooms arranged as two
doubles, one twin and the master bedroom with 2 king-sized sofabeds /
Futons. All the bedrooms have wardrobes and bedside tables. There is one
full bathroom and two shower-rooms.
The living room has a fireplace and seating for 8 people. The entertainment
systems include television, with DVD and video players, and a stereo system
with audio tape player, CD and radio. The dining area has traditional
Spanish furniture with table and chairs to seat 10 people. The fully
equipped kitchen includes a 4 ring hob and grill, oven, dish washer, fridge,
microwave and washing machine.
Outside the villa has a large balcony, BBQ, mature gardens, private parking, terrace, 8 garden
chairs and 8 beach chairs.
The villa has remote controlled air conditioning, heating, vertical blinds to all the French doors and
electrics blinds shading the lower terrace.
Coveta Fuma is a pretty coastal village about 25 minutes by
car from Alicante Airport. The area is delightfully secluded and and
somewhat rustic but with all the facilities that make for a relaxing
holiday. Child-safe friendly coves, restaurants, supermarket and a local
train service are a short walk away.
This delightfully unspoilt area of the Costa Blanca is a must
to visit. The coastline has numerous hidden coves sheltered by mature pines.
Spanish towns like El Campello and the neighbouring Villajoyosa are a
fascinating mix of old and new Spain, with narrow cobbled streets lined with
Spanish townhouses with balconies alive with tumbling geraniums. There is so
much to explore, the old castle and waterfalls of the old mountain town of
Guadalest, the sophisticated and lovely tow of Altea and the uncrowded 7 Km
of golden sands at neighbouring San Juan.
El Campello is the nearest town and has banks, a weekly
market, a good shopping area and a wonderful promenade and beach. Take the
train along its coastal routes and visit other areas such as Denia, Calpe,
Benidorm, Altea, favourite haunt of artists and Villajoyosa (with a
fantastic beach and weekly market).
The theme park of Terra Mitica, the dolfinarium Mundomar, and water world
Aqualandia are in Benidorm for those who want a little adventure. Golfers
will delight in the number of championship courses nearby. Cosmopolitan
Alicante is close by for those who enjoy the bright lights. Coveta Fuma, an
ideal choice for a relaxing, friendly family holiday, also a perfect for a
romantic break!
