The large fully equipped kitchen includes a dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, toaster, water filter, etc. The spacious lounge has a beautiful chimenea fireplace, and there is an extensive sun room with dining areas and a family room.

"Villa Jasmine" is a beautiful, spacious, luxury villa sleeping up to 6 in 2 bedrooms. There is a double bed, 2 single beds and a sofa bed. The luxury fully tiled bathroom includes a Jacuzzi bath, separate multi-jet power shower, large double sinks, bidet and toilet and a washing machine. The separate fully tiled shower room has a double size walk-in shower. The villa has its own kitchen and a spacious lounge/dining area.

This stunning 1 bedroom studio apartment sleeps up to 4 people, and has a beautiful terrace overlooking the swimming pool. The apartment has a designer open plan lounge with an American kitchen. The accommodation includes a luxury fully tiled shower room with bidet and a bedroom with designer stainless steel bunk beds (please note this is a small room suitable for children only). There is a sofa-bed in the lounge.

"Villa Sunflower" is a beautiful, luxury villa set in the lower part of the house, overlooking the orchard. This home sleeps 6 and has amazing views from both bedrooms. The bedrooms are a double, and a triple with bunk beds and a single bed. There is a single sofa-bed in the lounge. The luxury fully tiled shower room has a bidet and WC. The villa has a stylish open-plan American kitchen, a dining area and a modern, bright lounge.

All the suites have full use of the private swimming pool with ample sun lounges and patio furniture. They all have stunning views out towards the sea, surrounding countryside and mountains. The orchard is perfect for al fresco dining, and there is another covered, outside dining area, with BBQ's, outside fridge, etc. Each suite has its own private entrance, a television and DVD player, iron and  ironing board and hair dryers.

The village of La Nucia, with its Sunday market is worth visiting. Benidorm is just 5Km from la Nucia, and is very lively resort. With four miles of golden beaches and a huge range of entertainment and pubs, Benidorm is one of Britain’s favourite holiday destinations. The town has theme parks, excellent and extensive shopping and great facilities for children. Benidorm is also the main departure point for many of the region's superb day trips, excursions and adventure rides.
