The
villa is built on two levels and sleeps 6
adults and 3 children comfortably. On the upper level is a luxury kitchen
opening onto the massive Naya and pool terrace beyond, two on-suite bedrooms
and a large dining/living area.
On the lower level there are another 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms,
a kitchen and a separate lounge, with private access.
The house is child friendly with the pool area closed off by a gate which
can also be accessed via the master bedroom. In addition, at the front of
the property is an electric gate providing safety and security. The property
has ceiling fans in each bedroom, and central heating to keep our winter
guests cosy and warm.
Moraira is a most beautiful and relaxing town. The shops and restaurants are open all
year round. There are several beaches, sandy or rocky and all are within
walking distance of the centre of town. The main beach is wide, sandy and
well maintained, the water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. Stroll
along to the marina to admire the boats or explore the streets, packed with
great eating places, tapas bars and small shops.
Moraira will provide you with all the entertainment that you
will need. There is a fairground to keep the children entertained and for
the athletes you can water ski, jet bike or wind surf, while those
preferring a more relaxing time can watch whilst enjoying a drink or meal at
a coast-side cafe overlooking the sea.
Four major theme parks - Aqualandia, Terra Mitica, Terra
Natura and Mundamar are 25 minutes away to the south, and to the north is
the lovely town of Denia with its castle, beaches and pleasant shopping
areas. Here you can take a day trip to Ibiza by ferry.
The north Costa Blanca region is a green and lush area with
lemon and orange groves, vines, almond and olive trees. The backdrop of
mountains sets off the sparkling blue Mediterranean Sea and is perfect for
your holiday of sea, sand and sangria or a haven of breathtaking cliff top
walks. The area has been rated by the World Health Organization as one of
the healthiest in the world and boasts over 325 days of sunshine every year.

Payment Terms
Prices include bed linen and towels.
The total cost must be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A small security deposit will be required.
