VILLA FOR RENT
Moraira, Costa Blanca, Spain
The
living and dining areas have been furnished with
exquisite taste. The fully fitted kitchen has all the appliances you need
including a dishwasher and washing machine.
The villa boasts a fabulous master bedroom with en-suite
bathroom and two twin bedrooms with views over the swimming pool and a
second bathroom. A large terrace with dining for six and a Spanish style
stone barbeque provides the ideal area for al fresco eating.
A pathway surrounded on both sides by
beautiful flowers, plants, palms and lemon trees wends its way down to the
fantastic floodlit swimming pool with roman steps. There are sumptuous sun
beds and the pool area is completely private and not overlooked. The
surrounding landscaped gardens are bathed in lights after dark.
The owners of Las Terrazas have paid every
attention to detail, no matter how small, to ensure your total comfort
whilst you enjoy the peace and tranquillity that this breathtaking villa has
to offer.
The nearest beach is a short stroll away
and there are supermarkets, banks and a fantastic choice of restaurants
nearby. There are a number of golf courses the nearest being just 1.5kms
away.
The mature gardens are not overlooked,
enjoying a beautiful tranquil position nestled amongst the pine trees with
superb sea views. The gardens have been landscaped and are kept pristine by
a gardener calling weekly to maintain them.
The owners have a meet and greet service. Their man
on site will meet you at the villa to show you around and hand over the
keys. There is also a Welcome Pack to cover your first few hours at the
villa with essentials such as bread, butter, milk, eggs, bacon tea, coffee,
sugar, biscuits, juice, water and a bottle of wine to toast the start of
your holiday.
Moraira is considered to be the most chic
of the Costa Blanca coastal villages and is convenient for both Alicante and
Valencia airports which are approximately one hour and one hour, ten minutes
travelling time respectively.
Moraira boasts an exclusive marina, a
beautiful gently sloping, sandy and sheltered beach, a superb selection of
fine restaurants and bars, as well as many shops. Fridays are market day
where a good selection of ceramics, leather goods, fruits and fresh nuts of
every description can be purchased very keenly (depending upon your
negotiating skills). Despite the fact that this once small fishing village
has grown considerably over the years to become the place where the more
discerning now chose to holiday, Moraira remains home to the local fishermen
who moor their small boats alongside the palatial super yachts and motor
cruisers permanently moored in the new marina. Fish "fresh from the morning
catch" can be bought at the fish auction most mornings.
