for privacy.
The villa, terrace and pool are all on one level with no
steps, making it ideal for both the young and old alike, and perfect for
families. The large shaded porch provides ample space for 6 people to
eat al fresco.
The inside accommodation is arranged all on one level, and
includes a spacious lounge and dining area leading into a well-equipped and
modern American kitchen, with an electric oven, hob, microwave,
fridge-freezer, dishwasher, kettle and all necessary cooking utensils,
cutlery and glassware. The living room has four spacious sofas and a dining
area both seating 6 people, and entertainment includes television, DVD
player, audio tape player, CD and radio.
The villa has three fitted bedrooms - one master double
bedroom with en-suite shower and WC, and two further bedrooms with twin beds
and fitted wardrobes. The extra large master double bedroom has two double
wardrobes and bedside cabinets/drawers. All the bedrooms have mosquito
screens fitted to the windows.
There are several excellent supermarkets
and many shops, bars and restaurants in Moraira, just a few minutes drives
away. The town has a lively atmosphere, with nightlife for the young and the
not so young, and a good choice of bars, restaurants and shops. The
attractive port is also well worth a visit, and several other excellent golf
courses are within a short drive.
