Villa Elizabeth has central heating for the winter months and
air-conditioning in the bedrooms. The property has 3 bedrooms, all air-conditioned.
The master bedroom has a king-size bed, safe and an en-suite bathroom with a shower
cubicle, etc. There is further double bedroom and a twin bedroom (one with a safe)
and a full bathroom with bath and shower over.
The villa has a lounge/ dining room with ceiling fans, satellite/cable television,
DVD player and CD player. The fully fitted luxury kitchen includes a cooker,
hob, fridge, freezer, microwave, dishwasher, etc, and the separate utility
room has a washing machine, ironing board and iron, and a first aid kit.
Beautiful gardens surround the property, which has private
access to the drive via electric gates. Facilities on the extensive terraces include a BBQ, sun
loungers, table, chairs and parasols set around the 8m x 4m private swimming pool.
The beautiful sandy beaches of Moraira and El Portet are 5
and 15 minutes away respectively by car. Moraira has lovely bars,
restaurants and exclusive shops, whilst Calpe with its busy town and
glorious beaches is only 5 Kms away. The Golf Ifach 9 hole course has excellent facilities and
a restaurant, and is about 5 Km by car. The 18 hole Javea Golf Club is about
approx 10 Km by car, and there is a beautiful new 18 hole course at Benidorm.
Alicante Airport is 90 Kms from the property, driving time
about 1 hour maximum. Valencia Airport is about 120kms, approximately 75
minutes by car.
There is a local supermarket and bank within a 5 minute
drive, and a wide selection of restaurants in Moraira, about 8 to 10 minutes by car.
Terra Mitica Theme Park, Aqualandia Water Park, Terra Natura and Mundomar
are all at Benidorm. Guadalest is famous for its ancient Monastery, and
close to Guadalest is Les Fonts de L'Algar - very attractive waterfalls.

downstairs, so the villa can sleep up to 10 people in total. The downstairs

Payment Terms
Prices include bed linen and towels.
Prices are per week and are in pounds sterling.
25% deposit on booking with the final balance plus £250 security deposit and final clean charge of £75 being received no more than 8 weeks prior to letting period.
Interim linen change if required, 70 Euros.
