Soleada is for families wishing to be very near amenities although having
the privacy of a villa in secure peaceful grounds. The villa is situated in the
best location in Moraira, 3 minute walk to the beach, local bars, cafes and a
safe 10 minute walk to Moraira town along the beautiful coast road.
This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as
one of healthiest places in the world. With a temperate climate and an average of
320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year.
The villa is situated in the best location in Moraira, 3 minute walk to the
beach, local bars, cafes and a safe 10 minute walk to Moraira town along the
beautiful coast road.
Situated on the lower level, with privacy from main
villa, the apartment offers studio accommodation with a large double bed, and a sofa
which turns into a double bed. The apartment has a fully fitted kitchen, with
en-suite shower room and WC.
The upper level has two double bedrooms, one
twin room, one en-suite, one shower room. The lounge/diner has a comfortable
leather sofa, table and chairs, television, video and DVD. The fitted kitchen has
fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, cooker, hob and all cooking utensils.
The villa has air conditioning and central heating. Linen, hand and bath
towels are provided A cot and highchair is also provided and included in the
price.

The BBQ house has its own bar, freezer,
fridge, worktops, fan, stereo, table and chairs to give an all round
bistro/bar effect. The pool and terrace is well maintained and sun loungers
are provided.
The Area
Moraira is a small and growing resort offering shopping
facilities, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars. All new and proposed
building is subject to strict planning laws and is low-rise. The town has
retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square
offering shops and entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes
with a port and marina. The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and
offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day. There
is a weekly Friday market. The beach is wide, sandy and well maintained, the
water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. Sun loungers and parasols are
available for sun worshippers.
The three major theme parks Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and
Mundamar are only 25 minutes by car.

"Thank you for your help during our recent two week stay
in the Villa Soleada. We had a wonderful time. The layout of the villa
suited our needs perfectly. My son and his wife had a 4 month old baby,
so the self contained apartment was perfect for them (no one else could
hear the baby crying!!). There was lots of room outside the villa for
sunbathing and games, plus a nice sized swimming pool. This was quite
important as there were 8 adults and 2 infants - we never got in one
another's way. The outside bar and barbecue area was also a very popular

"Nine of us stayed in Raquel's villa in Moraira and
enjoyed a brilliant holiday. The Villa was stunning, clean and had all
the mod-cons we wanted. Outside the pool, BBQ and basketball area made
for much fun and games; it was just what we wanted. The Villa is a very
quick walk to some of the nicest restaurants in then town, and then into
Moraira and it's beaches. We hired cars to get to the big supermarket
and the water park in Moraira but you can get around easily enough
without them. All in all an excellent villa and Raquel made us feel very
welcome and comfortable. We're already planning our next trip with her!"

"Many thanks for the use of your lovely villa during
the summer vacation. It was great to be away with my family and
grandchildren and your villa was the 'icing on the cake'. We all had a
great time making maximum use of the large pool area and I particularly
loved the outside bar and barbecue area. The proximity to the beach and
the good company in Titch's bar all added up to what turned out to be an
excellent holiday. Oh and by the way the house itself was great but we
spent very little time in it. I'm hoping my family will all want to go
