lower level of the villa (apartment) sleeps four and the upper sleeps 8, so
it is perfect for families wishing to holiday together whilst maintaining
their own space. This villa is perfect for families with very young children
due to the safety aspects of this villa. Parents, families and friends can
relax knowing their children are safe.
This part of the Costa Blanca is recognised by the world health organisation as
one of healthiest places in the world. With a temperate climate and an average of
320 days of sunshine it is easy to see why people return year after year.

The main lounge comprises a 42-inch plasma TV, Sky satellite television,
surround sound, DVD player and modern leather sofas. There is a large
separate, contemporary dining room. The villa has a fully-fitted kitchen
which contains most modern appliances including dishwasher.
Bedroom 1 has a super king-size bed, an en-suite bathroom, plasma TV, Sky
satellite television and a DVD player. Bedroom 2 has a king-size bed, fitted
wardrobes and en-suite facilities. Bedroom 3 has twin beds and wardrobes,
and bedroom 4 has bunk-beds. Quality matching linen and towels are provided.
The apartment, which has access either internally by a spiral staircase or
externally by a separate entrance has a large lounge with two leather sofas,
one of which converts into a double sofa bed, kitchenette, bathroom and a
separate bedroom with a king-size double bed and a wardrobe.

The entertainment area includes a brick-built bar and BBQ, with trendy bar
stools, tables, BBQ (gas with plancha), sink with hot and cold water,
fridge, freezer, fan, microwave oven and a good sound system.
The garden furniture includes a stone set of table and
chairs, plus good quality sun-loungers and a hammock. There is a changing
room with shower (with hot water), toilet and a sink. There is also a
separate shower in the garden. The garden has a beautiful lighting system at
night.
Roman steps lead into the 8x4 metre private swimming pool
with a safety pool fence. There is an extensive range of children's
equipment including stair gates, high chair, cot, sterilising equipment,
sand pit, play house, slide and climb play area.
The covered gym has a running machine, ski machine, punch
bags, cycling machine, hand weights and bench lift. Everything mentioned
above is included in the price.
The Area
Moraira is a small and growing resort offering shopping
facilities, cafes, restaurants, and numerous bars. All new and proposed
building is subject to strict planning laws and is low-rise. The town has
retained its old charm of narrow cobbled streets to explore, a square
offering shops and entertainment in the season, and newer pavement cafes
with a port and marina. The marina is bordered by a number of cafes and
offers the opportunity to feed local fish and sample catch of the day. There
is a weekly Friday market. The beach is wide, sandy and well maintained, the
water is calm and shallow, ideal for families. Sun loungers and parasols are
available for sun worshippers.
The three major theme parks Terra Mitica, Aqualandia, and
Mundamar are only 25 minutes by car.

Payment Terms
Prices include bed linen and towels.
30% deposit is due upon booking. The remainder is due 8 weeks prior to the holiday.
A damage retainer of 300 pounds is to be given to the management company on day of arrival which is returned on day of departure as long as no damage has been incurred.
