Casa La Nucia
A spacious and well-appointed 4 bedroom villa with 2 bedroom accommodation attached which can be rented as an optional extra. The villa and the extra accommodation  can be easily joined or separated depending on requirement. The property is set in a secluded valley in the hills above Benidorm, has central heating and full air conditioning, and is tastefully furnished throughout. The spectacular swimming pool has coloured lighting for night-time bathing.

Casa La Nucia for rentThis large property has a self-contained four bedroom villa and a two bedroom apartment. The villa and the apartment have their own kitchen and bathrooms. The pool, main terrace and BBQ are shared by both parts of the villa. Please note that the apartment is never rented to other guests whilst the villa is occupied.

The villa is perfectly situated, only 10 minutes drive from the beaches at Benidorm, in a quiet valley amongst tree clad hills. There are many attractions near by, including historic hill towns such as Guadalest, outdoor activities such as climbing and walking, and numerous theme parks.

Main Villa

The villa has three double bedrooms (1 double bed and 4 single beds), a spacious living/ dining room, a fully fitted kitchen, a full family bathroom, a second bathroom en-suite to the main bedroom, an additional WC and a mezzanine area at the top of the building with two additional beds. Balconies open off the sitting room and the main bedroom. A sunny roof terrace opens off the mezzanine. The living room has a television with both English and Spanish channels and a hifi music system. The main villa is entered by a spacious terrace.

2 bedroom Accommodation

This 2 bed accommodation, attached to the villa with an adjoining door, can be rented with the 4 bed villa if extra accommodation is required. Sleeping up to 4 people in two double bedrooms, it has a sitting room with television and a music system, a kitchen and a bathroom with a shower. The sitting room leads out directly onto the terrace and pool area.

Pool and Terraces

Three large terraces each have their own unique views and furnishings. The small private terrace off the master bedroom has sea views.

The swimming pool has been designed to maximise outdoor living, including special pool lighting (multi-coloured) and Moroccan style wall lights to provide a unique ambience. This beautiful swimming pool has waterfall-style fountains cascading into it, and is surrounded by a paved terrace with a large deluxe gas BBQ and decorated with potted shrubs and climbers. The pool terrace has a dining table and 6 chairs with large umbrella. Gas heaters are provided for the cooler months. The pool terrace is accessible from both parts of the villa.

Location

The property is in a beautiful location on the outskirts of the picturesque village of La Nucia, in an area known as Patricia-en-Valle. The villa faces the mountain known as the "Sleeping Lion". It is very easy to find and to get to, being just 30 minutes drive from Alicante airport on the AP7. The junction to leave the AP7 is the same as that for Terra Mitica, and La Nucia is well signed from that point onwards. Full directions will be supplied once a booking has been confirmed.

Local attractions and information

This villa has the perfect combination of a secluded and peaceful location in an area packed with beaches, activities and good places to eat. The beaches and night life of Benidorm are an easy 10 minute drive.

Facilities
Bedrooms 4 Main double bedroom with en-suite. 2 other double bedrooms with large bathroom on the same floor. Attic bedroom with own terrace and stunning views has 2 single beds.
Bathrooms 4 1 en-suite with bath/shower and WC. 2nd bathroom with bath/shower, WC, washing machine with built-in tumble dryer - this is very large bathroom.
Living room Situated on ground floor leading through double French glassed doors from entrance hall. Combined lounge diner with own terrace overlooking the pine valley below. 28 inch screen TV with Sky facility and video and DVD player. Provision for Wi-fi available.
Kitchen American style with built-in electric fan oven and halogen electric glass hob. Microwave with multi-application, convection, grill etc. Large fridge/freezer. Dishwasher, toaster, kettle, automatic coffee maker, etc. Washing machine and tumble drier.
Other There is a 2-bedroomed accommodation attached to the villa with an ajoining door which can be rented with the 4 bed villa if extra accommodation is required, sleeps up to 4 people. 1 double bedroom and 1 twin bedroom, shower room and WC and terrace.
Outside and General Large private swimming pool with coloured lighting and waterfall-style cascades. Pool terrace with table and chairs and large deluxe gas BBQ.

Central heating. There is full metered air conditioning at 1 euro per hour. Room fans are provided.

Services, Linen Towels and linen supplied and changeovers are done when our guests arrive and depart. Managing agents can arrange for additional cleaning and linen change but would incur an extra cost.

Arrival and departures on any day of the week accepted. Arrival after 4pm, departure time before 10.30am. An additional cost will be incurred if arrivals are after 6pm or departures after 10.30am £30.00.

Payment Terms

Prices include bed linen and towels.

25% deposit required at time of booking. Remaining balance required 8 weeks before arrival.

£150 key and damage deposit also required prior to arrival at the villa. Any breakages, damage or extra cleaning costs will be charged at current replacement costs.

Metered electricity costs will be deducted from the deposit.
