Villa
Juanita is close to a wide variety of beaches, unspoilt coastline, salt
lakes, the fishing villages of San Pedro and El Pilar, and in walking
distance of the main shopping areas of Campoverde.
The villa contains an extensive open-plan living area,
comprising a spacious American-style kitchen, a convenient dining area, a
generous lounge with fire-place and a covered terrace leading to the
swimming pool.
The lounge leads directly to a large, elevated sun terrace.
One of the bedrooms downstairs also opens directly onto the sun terrace.
Upstairs are two large bedrooms each with en-suite bathrooms. The bedrooms
both open onto the large, private, upstairs sun terrace. The terrace and
bedrooms have great open views.
We have a friendly local company to look after villa, who are
on hand to help out with airport pick-up/drop-off, car-hire and anything
else you may need.
The villa is just 5 Km from the beach, only 1 Km to the golf
course, and 300 metres to the nearest shops.

Mar Menor (15 minutes)
Europe’s largest coastal salt
water lagoon with beautiful calm water, sandy beaches, promenade and
rejuvenating mud packs. The fabulous causeway walk is particularly
spectacular leading up to sunset.
Calblanque regional park (40 mins)
Miles of secluded
beaches, panoramic views and great hiking in the hills behind.
Elche (Elx) Palm Gardens (45 minutes)
Boasts an
impressive array of palm trees some over 300 years old. The Palmeral of
Elche, which includes these gardens, is a UNESCO world heritage site. It
spreads throughout the town, contains over 11,000 palm trees and is thought
to have originally been planted by the Carthaginians in the 5th century BC.
Murcia (50 minutes)
Steeped in history, beautiful old
buildings, narrow winding streets and a cathedral. Wonderful to walk around
and soak up the lively atmosphere and history, and sample the local
delicacies.
Alicante (1 hour)
Imposing fort, beautiful harbour and
marina with many grand historical buildings and great shopping. Alicante is
a cosmopolitan mix and has a regular ferry service to the Balearic Islands.
Sierra de Espuña
is a mountainous regional park and
makes a great day trip providing stunning views, great hiking and a taste of
the wild side of Spain. You will pass many interesting towns with strong
Moorish influences that will leave you hungry for more of this inland area.
If you are charmed by the Moorish towns near Sierra de Espuña then it is
worth making the trip to Caravaca De la Cruz (1hr 45 mins). This town
is centred around one of the most impressive forts in the area and the
climb though the rambling, ancient streets is a wonder….enjoy!

Payment Terms
Prices include bed linen and towels.
Additional charge per stay of £60-70 for cleaning and linen.
Payments due: 50% deposit at time of booking and the balance 8 weeks before.
Refundable security deposit cheque of £100 required.
Airport transportation is available if needed - €50 from Alicante and €25 from Murcia (each way).
Friendly local company look after villa and are on hand to help out with airport pick-up/drop-off, car-hire and anything else you may need.
