The
large air conditioned living / dining room is complete with a large
32-inch widescreen television, DVD player and video player. There is also a
large library of DVDs and videos for your use, together with a Sony
Playstation2 and a selection of games! There is also a small library of
books for guests use.
There is independent satellite TV in the lounge and the master bedroom,
(with most FREESAT channels) so you can
view two different satellite channels at the same time.
We also have a BOSE docking station for your IPOD so you can
enjoy your own music. From October 2007, there will also be full WiFi
internet broadband access, for guests to use. Please bring your own laptop
or PDA to access this.
The villa has three bedrooms, two doubles and
one twin. The master bedroom is air conditioned and is complete with widescreen TV and independent
Sky Television. There is an electronic safe installed in one of the
bedrooms. There are two bathrooms, one en suite to the master bedroom with
an enclosed fully-tiled shower cubicle. The main bathroom is complete with
bath and overhead shower.
The fully fitted kitchen is complete with gas hob, fan
assisted oven, fridge/freezer, microwave, washing machine and dishwasher,
plus plastic crockery and glasses for use around the pool area.
Outside, there are 5 sun loungers for lazing on the terrace
by the pool. Overlooking the pool, on the large front porch, there is a
glass dining table with seating for 6 people. The pool is fully maintained
all year round for your safety and comfort. At the rear of the villa is a
separate BBQ terrace complete with gas BBQ and tools for your use and
seating for 6/7 people.
The Surrounding Area
La Herrada is located in the village of Los Montesinos, where
facilities include numerous banks, a public swimming pool, supermarkets,
pharmacy, a great variety of bars and restaurants including English,
Spanish, Chinese and Italian which are are all within a leisurely 20 minute
stroll. Los Montesinos also has a market on a Friday afternoon.
Less than 5 minute walk from the villa we also have the newly
built supermarket, "Supervalu". There are also a small number of new
bars/restaurants now open, still far enough away for a peaceful stay, yet
near enough for your pleasure.
There are numerous safe play areas on site for the children,
and for the energetic ones there is even a full equipped outdoor keep fit
circuit 2 minutes walk from the villa.
You are also ideally located to 4 golf clubs, the nearest
being La Finca which is a 10 minute drive from the villa, and within 15
minutes we also have Los Ramblas, Villamartin and Campamor golf clubs.

Payment Terms
Prices include bed linen and towels.
A non refundable deposit of 25% is required to reserve the villa, with the balance to be paid six weeks before arrival. A security deposit against breakages and damages of £200 is due on payment of the final balance, this will be refunded to you within 14 days of your completed booking.
