From the rear of the lounge is a large, well equipped fully fitted kitchen with oven, hob, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, iron, ironing board, kettle, toaster and ample crockery. There is a main bathroom with bath and shower also.
The property has fantastic sea views and a huge terrace area with ample space for separate sunbathing, dining and BBQing!! There are well-stocked private gardens, a large swimming pool surrounded by railings and a safety gate (rare in Spain), table, chairs, sun loungers, BBQ.
The large driveway provides parking for 3 cars.
