Villa Poniente is located in a private, quiet location, 5 minutes from the pretty, unspoilt coastal town of Moraira and the beaches, yet only 10 minutes from the nearest A7 motorway junction.
The villa is an ideal base for exploring this breathtaking area and beaches or equally fantastic to just stay "home" and enjoy the facilities.
The villa can be rented for 4 people, or including the apartment the property can sleep up to 6 people. Please note that if you rent the villa only, the apartment will not be let out separately to a different party, thus ensuring your complete privacy.
The tastefully furnished air-conditioned lounge and dining room has English satellite television, DVD and video, and leads to large balcony, tables and chairs and views. The large naya has fantastic views, with a further seating and dining area. The naya overlooks the pool and gardens and is a gorgeous place to relax at the end of the day. The master bedroom has a queen size bed and views, and has air-conditioning and a modern ensuite shower room. The new luxury kitchen is extremely well equipped with everything you will need.
The separate 1 bedroom apartment has a lounge / dining room, plus a corner kitchen - perfect as an extra facility by the pool or for BBQs.
The very private and beautifully landscaped gardens, balcony and terraces include a kidney-shaped swimming pool with roman steps. The property is heated and has double glazing and partial air-conditioning.
