The Higher House

Arranged over two floors, with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, the Higher House sleeps six people. It includes a lounge with a wood burning stove, dining area and sitting room with full length, glass sliding doors to a large, south facing sun balcony with dining table, chairs and remote controlled sun awning. It has satellite television and a DVD player. The fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher, and there is a cloakroom with WC and washbasin. Stairs lead down to a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, a further fully tiled bathroom with walk-in shower, a second double bedroom and one twin bedroom, both with private sun balconies. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and very effective ceiling fans. The utility room, just off the pool terrace, has a washing machine, iron, ironing board and fridge for pool side drinks.

The Garden House

Arranged on one floor, with two bedrooms and one bathroom, the Garden House sleeps four people. The lounge and dining area has picture windows, a wood burning stove, television and a DVD player. The fully fitted kitchen includes a dishwasher. There is a balcony with dining table and chairs. The Garden House has one double and one twin bedroom, both with fitted wardrobes and ceiling fans, and a fully tiled bathroom with bath/shower.

The Grounds

The extensive, well stocked Mediterranean gardens have been professionally landscaped and terraced and are overflowing with a wide variety of trees, bushes, shrubs and climbing plants. From all areas of the property, the pool and gardens, the views of Moraira and the Med are stunning. Plenty of outside seating provides the opportunity to quietly enjoy the magnificent panorama and for al fresco dining, there is a large outside dining table with chairs for ten and a barbecue.

The illuminated 8m x 4m private pool has a pool shower, two large terraces and fabulous sea views, sun loungers, sun umbrellas, etc. There are balustrades and hedges to either side and a natural rock wall with flower filled enclosure behind.

The pool terrace is on same level as 'The Higher House' yet is easily reached from 'The Garden House' by steps from the garden area of Garden House.

The Coast, Beaches and Golf

The main beaches of Moraira and the lovely little bay at El Portet are just under five minutes away. Along the coast, there are spectacular beaches at Javea and Cumbre del Sol plus lots of little coves and bays waiting to be explored. There are two golf courses, nearby at Ifach and Javea.
