Situated in a quiet location, just 10 minutes walk to the beach and locale amenities, this apartment is ideal for families and couples alike.

The urbanisation features no less than 3 communal swimming pools surrounded by landscaped gardens with grassed areas and exotic palm trees. The apartment is in a quiet location and about a 10 minutes walk to the beach and local amenities.

The apartment has a private, fully tiled patio with garden furniture and a stone BBQ, and there is ample room for car parking. There is a safe for your security which should be used at all times, as we cannot take responsibility for lost or stolen items.

The two bedrooms have built-in wardrobes and ceiling fans. The master double bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and there is a further family bathroom. Both bathrooms have a bath and shower. The second bedroom has twin beds.

The large living and dining room has a ceiling fan, and is equipped with English digital television and a DVD player. The American-style fully fitted kitchen is equipped with an oven, hob, fridge/ freezer, microwave and washing machine.

There is a commercial centre within 5 minutes walk, with a selection of bars, restaurants and shops. There is a great variety of places for eating out, such as Hungarian, French, Indian, Chinese, Italian and English Pub Grub! For entertainment there are Karaoke bars, Irish bars (serving Guinness), snooker and pool tables, internet cafes, slot machines and much more.

There are other complexes in the area called Via Parks, with plenty of bars, restaurants and entertainment. The Celtic Isle is just 5 minutes away, and has an outdoor pool with bars and a restaurant. This has a great holiday atmosphere, and is very safe for the kids while you relax with a Pina Colada! The Celtic Isle is great for all the family and well worth a visit. Every Saturday there is a huge market selling fruit, vegetables and gifts. Barter with the traders - they love it!

There are several beaches, all easily accessible by car or taxi, or by foot if you enjoy walking. Most have lifeguards for your safety. Playa Flamenca beach is about a 10 minute stroll away and there are several bars and restaurants nearby. Watch out for the nudist beach!!

For the energetic why not hire a bike for a few days to see the area whilst keeping fit. There is a water park about 15 minutes drive away in Torrevieja, which is a great day for all the family and caters for both children and adults with assorted slides.

Torrevieja is a lovely town for shopping, and well worth a visit. There is a market on the harbour front every day, but the main market is on a Friday. Sit and watch the world go by at a sea-front bar / café, or take a boat trip to Taberca Island for the day. Carrefour is a huge hypermarket where you can buy almost anything and next door is the newly-opened shopping mall, Habenaras. From there you can walk to the Ozone with its casino, bowling alley, KFC and bars.

There are free tours to Benidorm, Elche and other places. These include a trip to a blanket factory - but it is a great way to see different places for free! The trips can be booked outside the Mercadona supermarket. Coach trips can also be booked at a reasonable price. There are several supermarkets around and most of these sell English products. There are also several banks around, but not all will change travellers cheques.
