This ground floor garden apartment comprises a lounge with patio doors leading to a large covered terrace and private garden with ample space for 4 people to dine outside. One twin bedroom with doors directly out into the private garden and terrace and one bathroom, there is also a pull out sofa bed in the lounge that can sleep 2 more people so in total 4 people.
The kitchen is fully equipped with washing machine, fridge freezer, oven, hob, microwave, kettle and toaster. A full range of English TV channels is available as well as a DVD/video player. The complex has its own attractive well maintained private gardens, large outdoor swimming pool, indoor heated pool, gym and sauna.
The Fisherman's Port in Javea where the apartment is located is a ramble of whitewashed houses that sit snugly around the clear, calm waters of the Mediterranean, from the apartment to the port is a short walk of about 5 minutes. A main avenue leads down to the seafront and is filled with tropical palms, beneath which locals and visitors can be found sitting and passing the time of day. The Port possesses an alluring charm that attracts many visitors to its pebbly beach, delightful restaurants, tapas bars and boutiques, there are also supermarkets, and banks everything you could possibly need. Further along the seafront is the Arenal a popular sandy beach ideally equipped to cater for all the family. The old town of Javea with its narrow streets, indoor and outdoor markets and historic church is about a 15 minute walk, or 2 minute drive, from the apartment. With something for everyone in the Javea area you'd be hard pushed to fit it all in during just one trip. Golf, tennis, horse riding, walking, go-karting, shopping or simply sitting on the beach or lazing by the pool, whatever your choice, its all within a short distance. Children are incredibly well catered for and a wide choice of bars and restaurants to suit all tastes lines both the Arenal and the Port beaches.
From the beautiful sands of the Arenal, to the more sophisticated area of the Port, to the Tosca stone porticoes and cobbled streets of the Old Town, you'll be sure to feel a welcome at every turn.

Payment Terms
The total cost should be paid now if the arrival date is less than 8 weeks away. Otherwise a 25% deposit is due now and the balance should be paid 8 weeks prior to your arrival date.
A small security deposit will be required.
