Casa Netty has stunning panoramic views looking out to the Mediterranean Sea and mountains. The villa has a balcony overlooking the Mediterranean where you can enjoy outdoor lounging and dining. Sun-beds and a table and chairs are provided for your comfort. The furnishings within the villa include a TV with satellite, radio and a CD player, a fully equipped kitchen and the two main bedrooms both have double beds and inbuilt wardrobes giving plenty of hanging and organised space.

Downstairs is a further area accessible via an external door. This area has a sofa bed, a small living room, toilet and washbasin. Note this area is not suitable for small children but ideal for older children or adults.

A driveway leads to the front of the villa where there is a small garden, and there is a car parking space at the rear of the property.

Casa Netty is set in a quiet area and  There is three beautiful communal pools all within 200 metres of the property. The sandy beaches are perfect for swimming and waterskiing, snorkelling and pedalos. For the more adventurous there is scuba diving in and around the caves around the Moraig beach in the Cumbre del Sol. The area boasts beautiful walks.

Cumbre Del Sol, known as "Summit of the Sun", comprises very attractive villas and apartments, some of which look as if they are virtually perched on the edge of the hills with great views all around. The sunsets are spectacular. From here you are perfectly situated for access to the best resorts on the Costa Blanca, being just 3 kilometres from the lovely Moraira and Javea and a short drive away from the cosmopolitan towns of Denia and Calpe. Although quiet and peaceful in this unique area of Cumbre del Sol, you can be in the bustle of 3 main towns within 20 minutes.

Moraira is only a 5 minute drive from "Casa Netty". Once a sleepy fishing village, Moraira has developed into a beautiful holiday destination, with lovely beaches, hidden coves, marina, promenade and many restaurants and shops to visit. Market day in Moraira is Friday mornings. The nearby towns of Javea, Calpe and Altea are a 15 to 20 minute drive away. A short drive away is the Javea Golf Club - with  9 holes, this is a very lush and pleasant course. In Cumbre Del Sol there is a horse riding centre and tennis courts nearby.

Most importantly you will find that wherever you are, the local facilities cater superbly for every visitor, whether for families or couples. There are many fiestas celebrated all over the area at different times of the year. Just a couple of minutes away by foot is the Lirios shopping centre with a very good Chinese restaurant, pub, brasserie and hardware store. There is another shopping centre near the north entrance of the Cumbre del Sol at the Benitachell entrance called Adelfas. Benitachell, the commune of Cumbre del Sol, is a small Spanish town at the foot of Cumbre del Sol.

The weather on the Costa Blanca averages between 20 -30 degrees throughout the Summer and there always seems to be a gentle breeze.
