
This beautiful Spanish style villa has superb views towards Javea and Denia which are fifteen to twenty minutes away by car. To the rear, which faces south, is a large nature reserve and the views are excellent across the valley towards the hills and mountains.
The property is in a very quiet position, the nearest shop is about two miles away in Pedregeur, or a supermarket on the N332 about two miles away.
The kitchen is well equipped with fridge-freezer, electric cooker and hob, microwave, and usual kitchen equipment, cutlery and crockery for six people. The dining area seats six comfortably. The lounge has two sofas with a television with some English, German and Spanish programmes, and CD player and radio. There is also a large wood burner.
The double bedroom on the ground floor has a King-size bed, and there is a twin bedroom. Both bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and share the family bathroom. Upstairs is a self contained unit with a large double bedroom, shower room and toilet, and kitchenette. The views are truly magnificent from this area which has its own outside staircase and patio.
There is a large garage at the front of the villa and approximately 15 steps up to the garden, and pool area which is on the same level. The large swimming pool is 10m x 5m and can be heated by negotiation. The villa has solar heating for the hot water system and also electric boilers.
The countryside around Pedregeur is wonderful with orange, lemon, almond, and olive groves, with hills and mountains within a few miles. There are miles of sandy beaches to the north of Denia, also rocky headlands and wonderful bays for swimming or walking. Denia is a good shopping centre with a covered market and weekly street market, also a port and new marina, well worth a visit. There are plenty of superb restaurants in Denia and Javea. Javea is a beautiful town with a lovely bay and well sheltered from any northerly winds by mount Mongo. There are many very good restaurants along the pedestrianised seafront some with the sea only ten metres away. The nearest restaurant, about one mile away, is a carvery and very good value.
