It has 8km of sandy and rocky coves, and has been been awarded the European blue flag for their cleanliness and quality. The superb marina, boasting 620 moorings, is said to be the best in the entire area of Valencia. The area possesses many golf courses, all in glorious surroundings. The surrounding towns of Altea, Javea and Denia and the countryside of the Jalon valley give plenty of scope for exploring this wonderful part of Spain.
This family-owned villa has two bedrooms, one double and one twin, each with its own bathroom. The kitchen area is fully equipped for everyday living, including full cooker and Hob, microwave, washing machine, iron as well as essentials such as corkscrews, wine racks and orange squeezers! The kitchen is open plan into the lounge which is furnished to a high standard and includes Sky TV with full English programmes, DVD player and music system.
The villa opens directly onto a large terrace and private garden, with ample sun loungers and a dining suite for six people. The direct and flat access between the terrace and the villa make outside entertaining an easy pleasure. The terrace is south facing and so benefits from sunshine throughout the whole day and evening. Escape from the sun under the sunblind, the arched covered terrace or the natural shade from the superb palm within the garden (which is lit at night to provide a very relaxing feature).
The garden leads directly to the lovely swimming pool and surrounding landscaped lawns and gardens. There is a separated children's area within the main pool. The pool is for exclusive use of owners and guests on this very small development, so you can be assured of space and peace.
The town is only a 10min walk or a few minutes drive away from the house where you will be spoilt for choice amongst the many restaurants, bars and cafes that overlook the Mediterranean, the Castle or the Marina.
Moraira does not have disappointed visitors and this homely villa is the perfect base to relax and fully enjoy the beauty of the area and the peace it offers.
