The property has four bedrooms, sleeping up to 7 people. The master bedroom has an en-suite bathroom and double patio doors leading to the open terrace with sun loungers and sofas. Two further bedrooms each have two single beds, and the fourth bedroom, located downstairs, has a single bed. The property has the added luxury of 3 bathrooms.
The kitchen is fitted with everything you would expect including a microwave, dishwasher, washing machine and dryer. We have also added a bean-to-cup coffee machine - perfect for making fresh coffee first thing in the morning!
Montevideo Hills has two communal pools surrounded by mature gardens. Montevideo Hills is conveniently located for both golf and beach holidays on the Costa Del Sol, being just 15 minutes drive from Puerto banus. There are a number of bars, restaurants and supermarkets within walking distance of the house. A taxi rank is conveniently located by the shopping area and a short drive costing no more than 10 euros will take you to the famous port of Puerto Banus.
